Everything in the app

Everything a parking stay needs, nothing it doesn’t.

Find and park

Find parking around a street or destination, review the tariff and choose your parking duration before paying.

4 features
  • Your zone, found for you

If you allow location, IPark finds where you are, picks the most likely zone and shows its tariff clearly before you confirm. Rather not share it? Type the street name and you are set.

  • The nearest parking, highlighted

Stop anywhere and the closest parking is highlighted on the screen.

  • Plan before the trip

Find parking around a place or your destination before you leave, by street or place name.

  • Extend from anywhere

Add time from wherever you are, up to the maximum stay set for the zone. No walk back to the car.

Beyond the parking session

Find your next stop. Bring your garage along.

The IPark driver app connects parking discovery, EV charging locations and every vehicle you drive or share.

  • Find parking and EV charging

Search by parking ID, street or place and discover EV chargers on the map. Check charging information from the station maintainer and follow the operator’s payment instructions; free charging has no payment step.

  • Multiple vehicles, one garage

Keep every car you drive in one garage, verify the ones you own with their registration document, and pick one when you park.

  • Car sharing by QR

Share one car or your whole garage with another user by QR code. Shared access stays until the owner removes it.

  • Keep useful details with you

Revisit saved charging discovery results offline and choose a map theme that follows daylight or your preference.

Your privacy

Where you park is nobody else’s business.

Your account and verified ownership protect access to your parking history and fine information. Share alerts only with the people you choose.

  • Your account, your history

Sign in to access your parking sessions and receipts. Contact support about access to or deletion of your personal data.

  • Your fine is yours alone

Verified owners and drivers of a linked parking session can manage the fine. Saving a plate alone grants no access. People with shared alerts can view it, but cannot pay or appeal.

  • Ownership proved once

Registration documents are seen only by the staff who review them, never by other drivers.

  • Shared on your terms

Pass fine alerts to up to ten people by QR code, and remove anyone at any time.

Fine alerts

A fine reaches the owner, not everyone with the plate.

IPark restricts fine access to verified owners, drivers of a linked parking session and the people an owner chooses for view-only alerts. Saving a plate alone grants no access.

How a driver becomes the verified owner

  1. Add the car

The driver adds the plate to their garage in the app, as they do today.

  2. Verify ownership

For verified-owner access, send a photo of the registration certificate, its number and the keeper’s name from your garage. IPark staff review the request. Ownership verification is optional for ordinary parking and for handling a fine linked to your own session.

  3. Reviewed by IPark

The IPark team checks the certificate against the plate, then approves the request or explains what is missing.

  4. Share if they want

The owner can pass on fine alerts by QR code to family or other drivers of the car, up to ten people.

  • People the owner shares withAn alert in the app. They can view the fine, not pay or dispute it.
  • Anyone else who saved this plateSaving a plate alone gives no access to fines.
  • A car with no verified ownerThe driver can manage a fine linked to their own parking session. Otherwise, follow the notice’s instructions or verify ownership.

Example plate.

Private by design

  • The certificate is seen only by the staff who review it.
  • People who get shared alerts see the owner’s first name, never the document.
  • Each plate has one verified owner. When a car is sold, approving the new owner ends the old one.
  • The owner can remove anyone, and anyone can stop their alerts, at any time.

Reviewed by IPark

A review queue shows each certificate next to the plate, the name on the account and the car’s earlier owners. Every approval, rejection and revocation is kept in the audit log, and each fine shows who was alerted.

Questions & answers

Common questions about this part of IPark.

Getting to know IPark? Start here.

All questions

How does a driver pay for parking?

The driver picks a saved vehicle, confirms the zone — detected by GPS or found by address — chooses a duration and sees the price before paying. The session starts once payment is confirmed, and the app sends a reminder before it expires.

Can drivers extend a session remotely?

Yes. Drivers add time from the app wherever they are, up to the maximum stay the operator has set for that zone.

Do drivers need an account?

Drivers sign in to the IPark app to pay for parking, manage their vehicles and access their receipts.

How can I ask about my parking data?

Contact support about access to your parking history or deletion of personal data. See the privacy policy for details.

Can drivers reserve parking or charging?

Yes, where the operator enables reservations. The app shows availability, the price and cancellation terms before confirmation.

Who is told when a car gets a fine?

IPark restricts fine access to verified owners, drivers of a linked parking session and the people an owner chooses for view-only alerts. Saving a plate alone grants no access.

How does a driver prove they own a car?

For verified-owner access, send a photo of the registration certificate, its number and the keeper’s name from your garage. IPark staff review the request. Ownership verification is optional for ordinary parking and for handling a fine linked to your own session.

Can drivers dispute a fine?

Yes. Drivers can dispute a fine from the app. The appeal reaches the operator console with the inspection evidence and the session record attached, so staff can review it and record a decision in one place.
