A complete parking operating system

Your streets, your rules.
One connected platform.

IPark is not just an app. We are a parking operator and a technology provider. Municipalities, public authorities and private operators can let us manage their parking, run it themselves on IPark as SaaS, or have it customised to their own requirements. Pricing, enforcement, payments, appeals and reports live in one console, with the driver and inspector apps already connected. Nothing to install: your team works from any browser, on desktop or mobile.

Operator and technology provider

We run it for you, or you run it on IPark.

  1. Parking management by IPark

We take care of your parking as its operator: tariffs, payments, enforcement, appeals and reporting, under your rules and reported back to you.

  2. IPark as SaaS

Your own team runs the operation with the console, the driver app and the inspector app. Updates arrive on their own.

  3. Customised to your requirements

SaaS shaped to your unique requirements: your workflows, your integrations and features built on demand.

  4. Connect what you have

Bring your existing data, use the payment providers enabled in your country, and talk to us about cameras and pay stations.

  5. Start with a pilot

Begin with one site or a few streets, then extend zone by zone. We provide the functional and technical information your evaluation or tender needs.

The open-market model

Many parking apps. One parking hub.

Our open-market model brings compatible parking apps through one shared hub, with consistent rules and session records for drivers and operators. Contact IPark about an integration for your network.

  • Drivers are free to choose

Nobody has to download one specific app to park on your streets.

  • You see it in real time

A session started in any connected app reaches your console and your inspectors the moment it begins.

  • The same rules for every app

Tariffs, maximum stays and enforcement apply the same way, whichever app started the stay.

Inside the console

Every decision, connected to the street.

Car park layout builder

Every bay on the map, every level in view.

For malls, company headquarters, hospitals, airports and other large or multi-level sites, and just as useful for a small or mid-sized car park. Draw each level bay by bay, give every bay its purpose and follow occupancy space by space.

  • Draw levels and bays

Lay out each level, ramp and row, then number the bays in a few clicks.

  • A purpose for every bay

Mark bays for EV charging, accessible parking, families, staff, visitors or a tenant.

  • Occupancy, bay by bay

See which bays are free, occupied or reserved on each level, as it changes.

  • Bays for companies and tenants

Allocate blocks of bays to companies or shops, and bill each one for its own use.

Inspector app

A clear answer at every kerb.

Inspectors scan a plate or type it in and see at once whether the car is covered, where and until when. Evidence, location and any fine are recorded against the same check.

  • Scan or type a plateRead the plate with the camera, with a confidence score, or type it when the plate is dirty or damaged.
  • LPR and video intelligenceLicence plate recognition on a live video feed reads plates as the inspector walks or drives past, and flags cars without a valid session.
  • An instant statusValid, expired or no session, with the zone, the street and the time the stay ends.
  • Your assigned areaEach inspector works the zones they are assigned to in the console, and only those.
  • Evidence on the spotPhotos, GPS position, date and time are captured with the check and kept with the record.

Every way to park

Every kind of stay, paid and on record.

Beyond pay-as-you-park on the street, IPark supports the products your drivers and visitors ask for, each one paid to you and kept on the same record.

Example: match day

A full stadium. Parking sorted before kick-off.

How reservations work for a stadium or event venue, from the fixture list to the report.

  1. 01

    Publish the event

The venue opens bookings for the match, with its car parks, spaces and price per vehicle.

  2. 02

    Fans book ahead

Fans reserve and pay for a space with their plate, in the app or on the web.

  3. 03

    Drive in on the day

Inspectors or cameras see the booking against the plate. No ticket, no queue at a machine.

  4. 04

    Report on the event

Bookings, arrivals and revenue for the match, live during the day and in full afterwards.

Solutions on demand

Built for your city, when you need it.

As a solutions provider, we build and run additional services where a country, city or site asks for them.

  • Drive in, drive out

Drivers register their plate and payment once, then drive in, park and drive out. Cameras read the plate and the stay is charged automatically.

    On demand
  • Toll and mobility services

Tolls and other mobility payments on the same account, in the countries and cities where they are needed.

    On demand
  • EV charging

Station charging information and payment instructions come from the maintainer; free charging requires no payment.

  • Features for your market

Rules, integrations and workflows specific to your country or city, built and maintained for you.

    On demand
  • Dynamic pricing for peak hours

Prices that follow demand at peak times, always inside the floor, cap and limits you set, and approved by your team.

    Pilot
  • AI that spreads the demand

AI watches where parking is crowded and makes the free spaces around it cheaper, so drivers find a place sooner.

From first call to rollout

A rollout in clear steps.

A dedicated IPark team works alongside yours from the first call to go-live. We migrate your existing zones, tariffs and records, connect the systems you already rely on, and bring each area live in stages, so service never pauses.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We learn how your parking works today: zones, tariffs, teams and the systems you already use.

  2. 02

    Data and mapping

We import your street, area and tariff files, or map them with you in the console.

  3. 03

    Configuration

Country rules, payment providers, roles and scopes are set up for your operation.

  4. 04

    Pilot

Start with a few streets or one site, with your inspectors and real drivers.

  5. 05

    Rollout

Extend to every zone, with your staff trained and a team to talk to.

From concept to integration

The business flow.
The engineering behind it.

The car becomes one more IPark client. Parking rules and payment decisions stay in the platform, where they already live.

01 / Business logic

The same rules, wherever you start.

The same zone, tariff and maximum stay apply on every screen. A session starts only after payment is confirmed.

02 / Vehicle interface

Native car surfaces. Shared IPark services.

Android Auto uses a companion on the phone. A dedicated Android Automotive OS app runs in supported vehicles. Both would use platform-approved interfaces and IPark services.

03 / Session & payment

Confirm once. See it everywhere.

Vehicle and phone read the confirmed session from IPark. Expiry reminders continue on the phone.

Questions & answers

Common questions about this part of IPark.

Getting to know IPark? Start here.

All questions

Does IPark run the parking for us, or only provide the software?

Both. IPark is a parking operator and a technology provider: we can manage your parking for you, you can run it yourself on IPark as SaaS, or we can customise the platform to your requirements.

Can our streets accept other parking apps?

Our open-market model brings compatible parking apps through one shared hub, with consistent rules and session records for drivers and operators. Contact IPark about an integration for your network.

Can we set our own zones, tariffs and rules?

Yes. Operators draw zones and streets, attach tariffs one by one or by uploading a tariff file, and set maximum stays. Country rules such as grace periods, VAT and the default currency are configured once and apply wherever they should.

Does IPark work across several cities or countries?

Yes. One platform can serve several countries, operators and zones, each with its own currency, tax and parking rules. Roles and geographic scopes keep every team member focused on the areas they manage.

Which payment methods are supported?

Use the payment methods shown for your location and operator before confirming your stay.

Can drivers reserve a space or buy a day or monthly pass?

Reservations, day and monthly passes, subscriptions and permits are coming soon. Availability will depend on the city or private operator.

Who is told when a car gets a fine?

Only the car’s verified owner, plus anyone they chose to share fine alerts with, gets an alert in the app. Saving a plate in a garage is not enough. If nobody has proved they own the car, the driver finds out from the paper notice left on it.

Are the previews on this page real?

They are simplified, interactive replicas built from the real IPark designs, using demo vehicles and illustrative activity. Nothing you do here is saved or charged.

Tell us about your zones, car parks and enforcement teams, and we will prepare a walkthrough around your rules.
